Plans Priced for Singapore SME Compliance Needs

Every tier carries GST tracking, InvoiceNow invoicing, and bank reconciliation. The tiers differ by entity count, seats, and how much of the IRAS filing workflow runs inside the platform.

A stable filing cycle, read row by row

Choose your tier

Two questions decide the plan: how many entities, and how much filing you run inside Flentique

A single-entity SME filing GST quarterly has different requirements from a group running consolidated reports across three companies. The tiers below reflect that difference. Each one includes the core bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliation that every business needs regardless of size.

Starter

Single entity

1 entity · limited seats

For a single Singapore-registered company with one bank account and a straightforward GST position. Covers GST return preparation, InvoiceNow sending, and IRAS seamless filing for supported returns. Limited user seats suit a founder handling their own books or a small finance function. If your accountant needs access, they can be added as an external user without consuming a full seat.

Start with Starter

Growth

Most SMEs settle here

More seats · wider reporting

For companies that have outgrown the simple setup: multiple bank accounts, staff claims with approvals, recurring invoicing, or multi-currency billing. Adds user seats and expands reporting. GST and filing workflows carry over from Starter without reconfiguration.

Multi-entity

Groups and subsidiaries

Consolidated reporting

For more than one Singapore entity, or a Singapore company alongside a regional subsidiary. Handles consolidated reporting and separate GST filings per entity, with group-level reports on top of each entity's own books and chart of accounts. Access can be scoped per entity when different accountants handle different companies.

What is included at every tier

Every Flentique plan covers the fundamentals: unlimited invoices, bank feed connections, expense tracking, the chart of accounts, and standard financial reports. GST tracking at the transaction level is also included across tiers, because a Singapore business should not have to pay extra to record tax correctly.

Included on every tier

  • Unlimited invoices All tiers
  • Bank feed connections All tiers
  • Transaction-level GST tracking All tiers
  • Chart of accounts and reports All tiers
  • Email support and setup guides All tiers

The differences between plans sit in entity count, user seats, filing workflow coverage, and support response times. You are not unlocking basic bookkeeping by upgrading, and the plan you leave behind does not take your ledger with it. Bookkeeping, GST recording, and reconciliation work the same way on day one of any tier.

Support levels and what changes

All plans include email support and access to setup guides. Higher tiers add phone support and faster response times, which matters most during GST filing periods and year-end close. Accounting firms managing multiple clients have a separate partner arrangement with a dedicated contact.

Support is provided from Singapore during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM SGT. You are not explaining GST rules to a queue in another time zone, and the person answering can read the same ledger you are looking at.

Email support

Starter and Growth

Written support with setup guides, plus phone support and faster response times on Growth. Useful when a question can wait until the next business day, and enough for most single-entity filings.

Phone and priority email

Multi-entity

Priority handling for group filings, per-entity access questions, and consolidated reporting setup. Response times tighten around quarter-end, when several entities file on different schedules.

Partner arrangement

Accounting firms

A separate arrangement for firms managing several client ledgers, with a dedicated contact instead of the standard queue. Ask the team how client access and permissions are structured before you commit.

How to think about cost against compliance risk

The comparison that matters is not plan price against plan price. It is the cost of a filing error, a missed GST deadline, or a year-end cleanup that takes your accountant an extra week.

Software that prepares returns from the same ledger you post to reduces the number of places an error can enter. Post a transaction once, code the GST correctly, reconcile the bank feed, and the return is built from that same record instead of a second spreadsheet assembled at deadline.

What the gap usually covers

For most SMEs, the gap between a basic plan and one that covers seamless filing is smaller than the cost of one corrected filing. The upgrade is usually about where the work happens, not about how many features you can count.

You can see exactly which workflows sit in each tier before you choose, and move up later without rebuilding your books.

Scope of the platform

What is not included

Flentique is accounting software, not an accounting firm. Knowing where the platform stops is as useful as knowing what it does.

Tax return preparation and sign-off

We do not prepare your tax return for you or sign off on your accounts. Professional judgement stays with your accountant.

Corporate secretarial work

We do not act as your corporate secretary. That service comes from your corporate secretarial firm, which can work inside Flentique using the access you grant them.

What the platform does handle

Bookkeeping, the tax preparation workflow, and filing transmission through IRAS seamless filing for supported returns. Your advisors keep the judgement; the platform keeps the record straight.

External accountant access

Accountants and bookkeepers you nominate can be granted access to the ledger with permissions you scope, so your advisor works inside the same records rather than in a parallel copy.

Billing

Annual and monthly options

Subscriptions can be paid monthly or annually. Annual billing reduces the per-month effective cost and is the more common choice for companies that have settled into a stable setup. There is no lock-in beyond the term you choose, and data can be exported if you decide to move.

If your entity count or seat needs change mid-term, you can move between tiers and your data carries over without reconfiguration. Most businesses review their plan once a year, after their accountant has closed the financial year and the filing calendar resets.

Choosing

Choosing between plans when you are unsure

  1. Step 1

    Count your entities and seats

Start with how many Singapore companies you are accounting for and how many people need to log in. One entity and one login points at Starter. Several people posting entries points at Growth.

  2. Step 2

    Check your filing coverage

If you file GST quarterly and Form C-S annually for one company, Starter covers it. If you report across entities or file separately for each, you need the multi-entity tier.

  3. Step 3

    Confirm the workflow with support

If you have staff submitting claims or multiple bank accounts, Growth is the practical choice. The full feature comparison is available on request, and support can walk through your situation before you commit.

Filing and registration

Where plan choice meets IRAS and InvoiceNow

Every tier can send invoices through InvoiceNow and prepare supported returns for IRAS seamless filing. What changes with the tier is how much of that workflow runs inside the platform for you.

Starter handles one company's GST and annual filing from a single ledger. Growth adds the accounts and approvals that usually arrive with a second bank account or your first finance hire. Multi-entity splits filings per company while keeping group reports readable in one place.

If your business also needs help with corporate registration or ongoing compliance paperwork, that work sits on a separate page. It runs alongside your Flentique subscription rather than inside it.

Common questions

Before you pick a tier

Is GST tracking included in all plans?

Yes. GST is tracked at the transaction level on every tier, so recording tax correctly is not gated behind an upgrade.

Can my accountant use Flentique without a paid seat?

External accountants can be granted access without consuming a full user seat, with permissions scoped to the ledger.

Does Flentique file my tax return for me?

No. Flentique prepares and transmits supported returns through IRAS seamless filing, but professional judgement and sign-off stay with your accountant.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can move between tiers as your entity count or user needs change, and your data carries over without reconfiguration.

Pick the tier that matches your filing calendar, then move when the business does

Tell us how many entities you account for and who needs access. We will confirm which plan covers your GST and IRAS filing, and what changes if you add a company or a second bank account later.
