Support for Setup, GST and InvoiceNow Questions
Help with onboarding, GST configuration, InvoiceNow registration, filing issues and account questions — by phone and email from Singapore.
Flentique support covers the practical problems that come up when you are running accounting software for a Singapore company: getting set up, configuring GST, registering for InvoiceNow, and sorting out filing issues. Contact is available by phone and email from Singapore.
This page explains what each support path covers and what to have ready before you reach out, so the first conversation gets to the answer instead of the paperwork.
- SetupCompany details, CorpPass, chart of accounts, bank feed, migration from spreadsheets.
- GSTCoding review for mixed supplies, zero-rated exports, input tax on expenses.
- InvoiceNowPeppol registration, sending details, rejected invoices and missing payment statuses.
- AccountsBank feeds, login, user permissions, report exports, plan and entity changes.
Onboarding and initial setup
New accounts start with a setup session covering company details, CorpPass connection, chart of accounts, and bank feed. If you are migrating from spreadsheets or another platform, the session also covers how to bring historical data across.
Most setups are completed in one session, with a follow-up if data cleanup is needed. Have your UEN, GST registration status, and a recent bank statement to hand before the call so nothing has to be postponed.

GST configuration and filing help
GST questions tend to cluster around specific situations: mixed supplies, zero-rated exports, and input tax on expenses. Support can review how your transactions are being coded and confirm the return is preparing correctly before you submit it.
During filing periods, response times are prioritised, so say up front that a return is in progress. If your GST position has changed — a new registration, a cessation, a move between schemes — support can walk through updating the entity configuration and explain which figures are affected.
A GST coding error is cheaper to catch before submission than after. Bring the specific transaction, the period it falls in, and what you expected the software to do with it — that is usually enough for support to trace the rule that applied.
InvoiceNow registration and troubleshooting
Getting onto InvoiceNow involves registering your UEN on the Peppol network and confirming your sending details. Support handles the registration steps and troubleshoots delivery issues, such as an invoice rejected by a recipient's system or a payment status that has not returned.
If a trading partner is new to InvoiceNow, support can advise on what they need on their side to receive structured invoices, which is often the real blocker rather than anything in your own configuration.
Technical support and account questions
Bank feed disconnections, login issues, user permissions, and report exports are handled through the same phone and email channels. Account questions, such as changing plans or adding an entity, are routed here too.
For issues affecting a filing deadline, say so when you make contact so it can be prioritised ahead of routine configuration questions.
- Bank feed reconnection and duplicate transactions
- User roles, access levels and CorpPass sign-in
- Report exports for audit, tax and internal review
Support for accounting firms and partners
Accounting firms managing multiple clients have a separate contact path. This covers bulk setup, client access management, and questions about how filings are transmitted on behalf of client entities.
If you are evaluating Flentique for a client base, the partner team can walk through the workflow before you commit — how entities are grouped, how access is delegated to your staff, and what the filing handover looks like when a client's records sit inside your practice.
What the partner path covers
Bulk setup
Onboarding several client entities without repeating the same configuration conversation.
Client access
Delegating access to staff and clients while keeping each entity's data separated.
Filing on behalf
How transmissions are attributed when your firm files for a client entity.

Yes. Support handles Peppol registration steps and troubleshoots delivery or payment-status issues, including invoices rejected by a recipient's system and statuses that have not returned after sending.

Tell us what you are working on and which deadline is attached. If the answer needs a screen share, we will set up a setup session; if it needs a written trail, email keeps the thread in one place.
